Once upon a time, there was a group of recruiters who were tired of the tedious and time-consuming process of posting job listings to multiple job boards and sorting through stacks of resumes. They knew there had to be a better way to streamline the hiring process and match the most qualified candidates with job openings. And so, the idea for InstaJob was born. With the help of cutting-edge AI technology, our team set out to create a mobile app that would revolutionize the job search and hiring process. We started by developing an AI-based tool that sorts and matches the most qualified candidates with job openings. And with the ability to post job listings to multiple job boards & social media platforms with a single submission, we made it easier for recruiters to find the right candidates.
